Return Eligibility
Returnable Items
You may return most jewellery items within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
The item is in its original, unworn condition
All tags, labels, and certification documents are intact
The item is in its original packaging with all accessories
The BIS hallmark and IGI certification seals are undamaged
The item has not been altered, resized, or engraved after delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Customised or personalised jewellery (engraved, custom-designed pieces)
Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
Gift cards and vouchers
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering
Items returned after the 15-day return window
Return Process
Initiate Return: Log in to your account and navigate to your order history. Select the item you wish to return and click "Request Return".
Quality Check: Our team will review your return request within 24 hours and send you a confirmation email with return instructions.
Pack Securely: Package the item securely in its original box with all documents and accessories. Use the shipping label provided.
Schedule Pickup: Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your address at no additional cost.
Inspection: Upon receiving the item, our quality team will inspect it within 3-5 business days.
Refund Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Options
You may choose from the following refund methods:
Original Payment Method: Full refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking). Processing time: 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
Store Credit: Receive 105% of the purchase value as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Store credit never expires.
Exchange: Exchange for another item of equal or greater value. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. If less, the balance is issued as store credit.
Exchange Policy
We offer hassle-free exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. To request an exchange:
Follow the return process described above
Specify the item you'd like in exchange
We'll reserve the exchange item while processing your return
The new item will be shipped within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage
Do not attempt to repair the item yourself
We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Expedited shipping will be provided for replacement items
Lifetime Exchange Policy
We offer a lifetime exchange policy on all certified diamond jewellery:
Exchange your certified diamond jewellery for any item of equal or greater value
Diamond value is based on current market rates at the time of exchange
Gold is valued at the prevailing market rate minus standard making charges
Original certification documents must be presented
The item must be in good condition without significant damage
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped:
Before Processing: Full refund within 3-5 business days
After Processing but Before Shipping: Full refund minus any customisation costs already incurred
