Same-Day Delivery
Availability: Select cities only (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad)
Cost: ₹999
Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 12 PM
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require 7-14 business days for crafting before shipping
Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays

In the unlikely event of any issue, we will either replace the item or provide a full refund. Please report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Delivery Process
Signature Required: All jewellery deliveries require the recipient's signature
ID Verification: For orders above ₹50,000, government-issued photo ID may be required at delivery
Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times
Safe Drop: Safe drop is not available for jewellery shipments — personal handover only
Address Change: You may request a delivery address change before the order is dispatched by contacting customer support
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within India
We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses
Deliveries to certain remote areas may take an additional 2-3 business days
Cash on Delivery is available only for orders under ₹50,000 to verified addresses

Failed Deliveries
